Cancellation:
Overnight RV Site
If more than 7 days‘ notice is given, a $20 administration fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged. Less than 7 days’ notice to cancel will result in the original deposit being forfeited.
Lodging
If more than 14 days’ notice is given, a $20 administration fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged. Less than 14 days’ notice to cancel will result in the original deposit being forfeited.
No Shows & Late Arrivals:
Reserved sites are held until 11am the day after your scheduled arrival date.
If you do not notify the Property of a late arrival you will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled. All deposits will be forfeited and the Property will have the right to give your site away to another visitor. If you think you will be late, please call the Property directly.
Reservation Changes:
You may change your dates up to 2 weeks before your booked arrival. Dropping nights within 2 weeks of your arrival, you will still be responsible for the original nights booked.
Leaving Early:
In the case of early departure, guests are still responsible for the full amount of their reservation.
