The Parkbridge Resorts’ annual survey results are here – and our team is thrilled to share we have received some of our highest-ever customer satisfaction scores!  

With 30 resorts across Canada, Parkbridge Resorts offers overnight and seasonal RV sites, as well as cabins, yurts, and tent camping. 

Vacationers are asked to rate their entire overnight experience – from the helpfulness of our resort teams to the quality of the grounds.  

Here are a few highlights from the 2025 survey:

• Highest Ever Satisfaction Score: 93% of respondents rated their experience as 4 out of 5 or higher
• Record-Breaking NPS: Our Net Promoter Score is up 7.4 points from last year
• Outstanding Team Performance: Overall Experience & Overall Satisfaction with the team were both ranked at 4.5 out of 5 stars  

Starting 2026 strong in BC:

• Our Overall Experience & Overall Satisfaction with the team has already grown to 4.8 out of 5 stars
• Three of our BC resorts – Gallagher Lake, Rondalyn, and Oceanside - started the year with perfect 5 out of 5 star scores for Overall Experience
