For those customers who have bought new Park Model units from Parkbridge that are still within the one-year manufacturers warranty, all warranty claims will be handled directly with the manufacturer or manufacturer representative. The manufacturer will work with their service personnel to help you with any concerns you may have.

For roofs and rooms, Parkbridge will continue to work with our preferred dealers to maintain consistency of the products used in our Resorts. The only difference will be that you will be working directly with the dealer and not through a Parkbridge representative. The following dealers are authorised to sell or install roofs or rooms within a Parkbridge Resort. No other roof and rooms dealers are authorised to work with a Parkbridge Resort without authorization from the Resort Manager. All warranty issues will be handled directly with the dealers.

Please note, all new units or roof and room additions/renovations will require Resort Manager approval prior to a unit entering the Resort or construction commencing.

An ”Application to Alter” form must be completed and submitted to the Resort Manager for approval before any work or plans to upgrade can begin.
